Center for Educational Programs

The Center for Educational Programs (CEP), an integral part of UHCL's College of Education, offers academic and outreach services to students, schools, school districts and members of the community. The CEP also coordinates several community programs in conjunction with the College of Education, and collaborates with area school districts, educators and professors to determine how it can meet the community's needs.

Our Programs

Professional Development

Professional Development offers continuing education opportunities to the greater southeast Texas community through professional development classes. Continuing professional education (CPE) credits can be earned. These credits are approved by the State Board of Educator Certification (SBEC). All classes may be held in person at the UHCL campus or online by educators that are leading experts in their respective fields.
